Opening Meditation & Savasana
This meditation was created to help you prepare for an at home yoga practice. When the first meditation is done, press pause and continue with your practice. When you are ready for savasana, un-pause the video and you'll be lead into relaxation. Five minutes of silence is built into the savasana meditation, after that time, you will be guided through bringing yourself out of savasana.
